Imedex Educational Outcomes Measurement Initiatives
Focus
We have an obligation to clinicians, faculty, and the public to demonstrate, if not conclusively prove, that continuing education imparts learning and results in behavior change that see is good for patients. With this in mind, Imedex has developed improved evaluation methods designed to determine effectiveness in the attainment of learning objectives and to measure changes in participant knowledge, confidence, competence and performance.
It is our belief that:

Gap Analysis and Curriculum Development
Outcomes measurement is a vital tool in our continual gap analysis process. We consistently utilize Educational Outcomes Measurement (EOM) results when developing curriculum and translate our activity assessments into recommendations for future CME activities.
