To qualify for special registration fees, registration and full payment must be received by Imedex by the dates specified.

Payment: Registration fees must be remitted by credit card or wire transfer. Participant is not registered until full payment is received. Registration Fee Inclusions: Registration fees include admittance to all scientific sessions, activity materials, processing of certificates of participation or continuing education credit, and all event functions as specified in the agenda.

Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be received in writing and postmarked by Thursday, February 8, 2018. Cancellations via email must be submitted by this date to registration@imedex.com. Cancellations received via e-mail by February 8, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by March 16, 2018. No refunds will be issued after February 8, 2018.  If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for full payment. If an Invitation Letter is issued to attend the conference, registration fees are non-refundable or transferable.

Payments made may not be applied toward tuition for future conferences, nor other meetings or products offered by Imedex.

Imedex does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants in the rare event that this meeting should be cancelled for any reason. Cancellations for hotel and transportation reservations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline and/or other company. No refunds are offered for classes that may be suspended or shortened due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond Imedex’s control.
